CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be made in writing to Viajes Iberia Congresos.
Registrations:
- For cancellations received before January 20th 2009, the amount paid will be refunded less a handling fee of 50 E. No refunds will
be made for cancellations received after January 20th 2009.
Hotel reservations:
- For cancellations received before November 1st 2008, there will be a full refund of the amount paid less 20 E as handling fee.
- For cancellations received between November 2nd and February 1st, there will be a refund of the first night.
- For cancellations received after February 2nd or no shows, no refund will be made
